I was a PhD student in Leadership and Organizations at the University of Washington until 2018. The program wasn’t a good fit for me, so after a break I decided to move into a Master’s program in Organizational Psychology, hoping it’ll better match my interests in organizational behavior and people management. I’m currently the head program manager of a team of leaders collecting data for Microsoft Research Artificial Intelligence. What I love about this job is the opportunity it gives me to coach and empower people (plus what’s not to love about Microsoft?).
